FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

How do I know what services I need? Typically, we will do an assessment and determine the protocol from there.

What do I need to bring? Please bring a pair of athletic shorts and t-shirt/sports bra with you to the appointment. You may be asked to wear it during the session depending on the work we determine is necessary.

How long is the session? You can expect to be in the office up to 75 minutes.

What to Expect? There are so many different ways the session can go, as each client is different and has different needs. Typically, we will do an assessment, determine the protocol from there. This can range from muscle work using numerous modalities to corrective exercises for the client to do in the office and/or at home.

What if I need to cancel my appointment? Cancellations can be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via phone, text or email without penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment, or “no show”, will be subject to a charge of the session fee as originally booked.
